However, due to the nature of travel services, including bookings with third-party providers, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Principles

Refunds are processed using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
Any fees charged by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tours) may not be refundable.
2. Cancellations by Customers
a. Travel Packages and Tours
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable third-party fees.
15–30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount may be refunded, subject to third-party policies.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund, unless otherwise required by third-party providers.
b. Individual Bookings (Flights, Hotels, Experiences)
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policies of the specific provider.
Non-refundable bookings are clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
3. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change dates, destinations, or services are treated as a new booking and may incur additional fees.
Any refundable portion of the original booking may be applied to the new booking if allowed by third-party providers.
4. Cancellations by NeapolitanTrips LLC
In the unlikely event that we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
We are not responsible for cancellations caused by third-party providers, natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
The following may be non-refundable:
Service fees charged by NeapolitanTrips LLC
Transaction fees from payment processors
Third-party booking fees explicitly stated as non-refundable
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
